మాధుర్యంThe essence

Saffron, slowly. Cardamom, gently. Time, generously.

Three ingredients, one rule — the slow way is the only way. Every box that leaves our Khammam kitchen carries that patience inside it.

Flavour atlas

Hover a sweet. Watch our accents take on its flavour.

Each sweet carries its own palette — saffron amber for Qubani, pistachio green for Double ka Meetha, brass-gold for a Diwali hamper. Hover one and the accent colour, paisleys, and call-to-actions retune around it. Move away to return to the house tone.

ఖమ్మంOur signature

Four hours, one copper pan, apricots reduced in their own syrup. A Hyderabadi classic, made the slower way in our Khammam kitchen.

Telangana heritage

Recipes from the Deccan sweet tradition, made in our Khammam kitchen.

Inside the kitchen

Five small acts, every morning.

Slabs of fresh Chitti Kova still warm from the pan

01 · The pan

Kova, reduced for hours.

Full-fat milk over a low flame, stirred clockwise until it gives up its caramel. The Chitti Kova in our gift boxes still starts here — never a shortcut, never a thickener.

02 · The soak

Some things take overnight.

Anjeer, badam, kaju — laid down in their own bowls the evening before, so the Anjeer Katli the next morning slices clean and the cashew gives up its sweetness.

Premium Kaju Katli diamonds finished with edible silver leaf

03 · The finish

Silver leaf, placed by breath.

The last act on a tray of Kaju Katli is varak — edible silver leaf, lifted with two pairs of tweezers in a quiet hour. It catches the light differently every box.

Boondi Laddu spheres, saffron pearls visible across the surface

04 · The fry

Boondi, one bowl at a time.

Saffron-gold pearls dropped through a brass jhara into hot ghee — a single ladleful, never a vat. The Boondi Laddu we tie up in the afternoon starts as 200,000 of these.

05 · The pack

Boxed the morning they ship.

From the Khammam counter or the Kondapur branch, every hamper leaves with a date stamp and a paisley tag — sealed by hand, two pairs of eyes before the lid closes.

The house rule

A simple promise we keep. Slow-cooked rabri, hand-cut diamonds, silver leaf laid by hand — every box leaves the kitchen checked by two pairs of eyes.

Anjeer Katli — figs and almonds slow-folded into bite-sized pieces
Anjeer Katli · Khammam kitchen

Our heritage

From a Khammam family kitchen, a sweetness that remembers.

For generations our family has stirred rabri in copper, folded almond into sugar-lace, and slow-cooked apricots until they gave up their amber. Nothing rushed. Nothing substituted. The Telangana sweet tradition in every bite is not a marketing line — it is the only way we know how.

“If a sweet can be made faster, it can also be made less well. We chose the slower way, and kept choosing it.”
— Ravi, on the kitchen’s first rule

Gifting, by occasion

A box for every kind of day.

Every gift leaves the kitchen the morning it ships, sealed by hand with a paisley tag and a note in our own ink.

The making

Three small acts, repeated every day.

No automation. No short-cuts. Just a kitchen that has been doing the same things, a little better each year, for a very long time.

  1. 01

    Roast

Almonds and pistachios roasted in small trays over low heat — the difference between "good" and "oil-slick" is five seconds of patience.

  2. 02

    Slow-cook

Kova reduced over four hours in a copper pan, with nothing added but full-fat milk and the slow caramel that comes with patience.

  3. 03

    Finish

Hand-cut diamonds, silver leaf laid by hand, ribbon tied last. Every box leaves the kitchen checked by two pairs of eyes.
