Delivery Policy:

– Area Covered: We deliver exclusively within Hyderabad.
– Partners: We use trusted local delivery services like Rapido, Ola, and Uber for standard orders.
– Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, deliveries are managed in-house to ensure optimal handling.
– Packaging: All products are securely packed to preserve their shape and freshness.
– Scheduled Deliveries: Deliveries are made strictly during the scheduled times. No early or late deliveries can be accommodated.

Refund Policy:

– Non-Refundable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or refunds are not supported post-delivery.
– Cancellation: You can cancel your order up to 2 days before the scheduled delivery to be eligible for a refund, after applicable tax deductions.

User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions:

If you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
